This house is situated near the beach “Harmanite” in Sozopol therefore has taken it’s name while being in progress of being build. 
Architects of the building are Kaloyan Kolev and Anton Rangelov. Both have graduated the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy – Sofia.
