The terrain in front of the building is not yet finished but the building has a certain signature in using stair cases on it’s facade. In fact the facade is the stair cases. The architect has placed all the stairs on that side of the building to use the view towards the sea on the other side to the maximum possible. In that case almost all of the rooms if not all have a fantastic view.
The use of the stairs for this facade isn’t something new, but in this case looks interesting and makes it recognizable.
The building is situated in the southern parts of the city.
