Sozopolis SPA and Wellness Resort is situated on 88 500 sq.m. area only 2 kilometers south of the ancient town of Sozopol on Kolokita cape in Bulgaria. The total built area of the project is 34 000 sq. m. And the amount of the investment is 45 million euro. The complex consists of 56 semi-detached houses with one to three bedrooms and 21 detached houses. The total number of real estate units is 167, more than 80 % of them with a spectacular view of the sea. The size of the one and two-bedroom apartments in the complex varies from 62 to 100 sq. m. The total area of the three-bedroom apartments varies from 147 to 175 sq. m. The total area of the individual houses in the complex is from 260 to 490 sq. m. and each of them is surrounded by green areas.On June 18th , Sozopolis was awarded in the competition for Best project of the Year, organized by Eurodesign & The Foreign real estate department of BEST corporation.
